gcs11 does not charge platform-side deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party fees imposed by banks, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks are borne solely by the Member. gcs11 recommends checking your bank or e-wallet's transfer fee schedule before initiating transactions.
gcs11 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gcs11 maintains a 99.9% uptime service level, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.
gcs11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Member has breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, all Funds in the Account may be frozen and referred to the relevant authorities.
Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting gcs11 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's last verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.
Upon Account termination, all licences and access rights granted to the Member under this Agreement cease immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect.

gcs11 acknowledges that its Members are primarily located in Indonesia and undertakes to engage with any formal Member complaint in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Members domiciled in Indonesia who wish to raise a formal dispute should first contact gcs11 support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in writing, before initiating any external proceedings.
gcs11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via on-platform notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Members who do not accept a proposed amendment should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2. The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at https://gcs11.vip/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.
